Cancellation Fees:

13. For any cancellation or non-attendance of a confirmed booking, Woodbridge Recruitment Consultancy is entitled to deduct the difference in the amount of a replacement for your booking. If no replacement is found, the amount for the outstanding agreement is 20% up to 3 days of the reservation.

Example in both cases:

   13.1. Cancellation or non-attendance of a confirmed booking /if Woodbridge Recruitment Consultancy found your replacement/ – The offer of the emergency replacement is £1 (Kitchen Porter Position) and £2 (Chef Position) extra from your current booking rate. The difference will be deducted from your next payslip or invoice.

   13.2. Cancellation or non-attendance of a confirmed booking /if Woodbridge Recruitment Consultancy does not find you a replacement/ – The official booking hours are 8 with one hour break. That means 7 hours payable and your h/r is 9.50£. That means the total amount for the booking is £66.50. 20% of that is £13.30, Woodbridge Recruitment Consultancy will deduct that amount from your next payslip or invoice. The deduction can be done up to 3 days of the booking even if you are booked for 7 days (your cancellation fee will be no more than 3 days which in that case mean £39.90).

   13.3. The points 13.1. & 13.2. will not be taken into consideration if there is a health-related cause or loss of a family member /a valid document must be provided in both cases/.
